We have so many opportunities and teams around the world, our two fold calling drives them all:

The timeless calling that drives us is to see groups of Jesus followers discipled, multiply through outreach, and ultimately turn in to movements that brings eternal transformation.

Our hearts are set on reaching the ends of the earth, where people haven’t heard the Gospel. We are called to focus on building ministries that focus on Unreached People Groups.

Our dream is to stir disciple making movements that reach out all the way to the ends of the earth.

YWAM Frontier Missions is all about communities that have few or no known followers of Jesus among them. We aim to share the message of Jesus in ways that are clear and culturally relevant to all groups of people – from every nation, every tribe, every language group – knowing that God’s promises are for everyone, and following His call to make disciples where He is not known. We want to go to these places – however hard, however remote – and live in such a way that causes others to want to follow Jesus too, helping them to understand and spread the blessings of God’s Kingdom to others within their families, amongst their neighbours and to the nations.

A ragtag collective of Jesus lovers daring to push the envelope of seeing Unreached Peoples meet Jesus.

In the mid 1980s, a number of leaders in Youth With A Mission (YWAM) began to feel burdened for the thousands of ethnic people groups around the world that still had no viable Christian expression in their midst. The words of the Apostle Paul rang true: “It has always been my ambition to preach the gospel where Christ was not known…” (Romans 15:20).
Thus began a movement within YWAM to focus on unreached people groups — to mobilize, equip, send out, and care for pioneer workers who would go beyond the current boundaries, or frontiers, of God’s Kingdom on Earth.

We are a part of the Youth With A Mission (YWAM) missions movement.

YWAM is a global movement of Christians dedicated to knowing God and Making God known.

About YWAM

YWAM Started in 1960 as a way to get young people into mission. We still do that today but we have every kind of outreach and ministry you could imagine. Learn more at: www.ywam.org

In addition to YWAM’s global values, we have adopted the following list of Frontier Missions Values, which specifically address and guide our contributions to the wider movement.

  • Completion of the Great Commission – We value the evangelization and discipleship of all peoples with a focus on the “unreached peoples”.
  • Church Planting Movements – We value church planting movements as an essential strategy in reaching unreached peoples.
  • Holistic Transformation – We value holistic transformation of people and their communities through both proclaiming the Good News and demonstrating the Kingdom of God.
  • Cultural Relevance – We value each human culture and language and the treasures each brings into the Kingdom of God. Therefore we plant churches that are Biblically based and culturally relevant to their members.
  • Mobilizing All Peoples – We value the participation of the Church within every people group in evangelizing and discipling all peoples.
  • Strategic Partnership – We value partnering with the diverse family of ministries within YWAM and the Church internationally, working toward our common vision.
  • Staff Care – We value our co-workers and their families and are committed to their ongoing care, development and ministry effectiveness.
